Affirmed Home Care, a trusted concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one‑on‑one care to clients in Brooklyn neighborhoods. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, fast case placement, and assignments close to home, making it ideal for HHAs who want rewarding work without long commutes.

As a Certified Home Health Aide with affirm, you will provide high‑quality, client‑centered care that promotes safety, independence, and well‑being. This role is perfect for HHAs looking for flexible, meaningful work in Brooklyn with support from a professional and caring agency.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care and daily hygiene
- Provide medication reminders
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
- Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or Quanti
FERON within 1 year or chest X‑ray within 5 years - MMR immunization within the last 10 years
