Physical Therapist - $3,000 cash Sign‑on Bonus paid after the first three months of employment

Full‑time (Mon, Tue, Thur 8:30am‑7:30pm; Wed 8:30am‑4:00pm; Fri 8:30am‑1pm; 40 hours per week.)

• Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
• Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from non‑surgical injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
• Providing small group training solutions for your patients.
• Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Managing an adult to aging adult outpatient caseload.
• Medical specialties at the clinic include neuropathy, weight loss, and strength and conditioning.

• NYS Physical Therapist License.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience treating most ortho and geriatric conditions.
• 1 to 5 years of experience working in an orthopedic or non‑fault outpatient clinic as a licensed PT preferred.

$82,500.00 base salary with $104,000 upside.
