The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse will support the Nurse Outreach Program by providing field-based care and assessments to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring quality and compassionate health services across NYC.
Key Responsibilities- Assess mental health of clients
- Provide crisis intervention and psychiatric triage
- Support clients with SMI in accessing services
- RN license with psychiatric specialization
- Experience with homeless populations and mental health care
- Familiarity with MHY 9.37 and 9.58 assessments
Compensation: $60.00 per hour
