Job Description:

The Food Service Supervisor/Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of food service facilities, including meal preparation, staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires coordinating meal delivery, maintaining food quality, and training staff.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate food service staff activities and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Oversee meal preparation, packaging, and delivery to meet client needs.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Collaborate with nutritionists/dietitians to meet dietary requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to food service personnel.
  • Monitor food service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food service supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and nutritional standards.
  • Leadership and organizational skills for managing teams and operations.
  • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation

Hourly Rate: $60.00 per hour
