Professional Development & Coaching Specialist

Position Summary
The PD & Coaching Specialist leads professional learning and instructional coaching to ensure high-fidelity curriculum implementation across all RCSD PreK sites.

• Design and deliver professional development aligned to curriculum implementation
• Facilitate minimum 12 hours of initial PD and ongoing refresher training
• Conduct coaching cycles (minimum two per semester)
• Provide classroom modeling, observation, and feedback
• Support educators implementing SEL, Pyramid Model, and inclusive practices
• Deliver training in English and Spanish (as required)
• Support administrators with instructional leadership strategies

• Master’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
• 8–12 years of PD delivery and instructional coaching experience
• Expertise in adult learning theory and coaching methodologies
• Experience in culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices

Compensation $90.00 per hour
