We are seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to join a growing behavioral health organization serving a diverse client population. This role offers a balanced hybrid schedule, strong clinical collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the lifespan.
Responsibilities- Perform intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations
- Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions to diverse populations
- Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy groups and contribute to broader clinical initiatives
- Provide services both in-person and via tele-health
- Active New York State license (LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW)
- Experience providing therapy services
- Ability to provide therapy in person and virtually
