We are an established, multidisciplinary Early Intervention Center seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with infants and toddlers (birth–3). This is a collaborative, well‑run clinical environment—not a churn‑and‑burn agency.

• Provide developmentally appropriate PT services to children ages birth–3
• Conduct evaluations and ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, ABA providers, teachers, and service coordinators
• Participate in IFSP goal development and progress documentation
• Work in a center‑based setting, with optional home/community sessions

• NYS‑licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience in Early Intervention or pediatrics preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
• Solid clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Warm, calm, child‑centered approach with families
• Reliability, professionalism, and common sense (rare but valued)
