Operates mobile equipment and provides services in the QR.

• Maintains daily QC and other adequate records as directed.
• Positions and transfers patients to the examination table.
• Provides immobilization devices as required.
• Selects proper technical factors on an individual basis.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of all diagnostic equipment use within the department or satellite areas. All necessary equipment is used properly and with professionalism. Use initiative when reporting equipment malfunctions to supervisors or service organizations.
• Operates stationery and mobile x-ray equipment and processes images according to established procedures and send them to PACS.
• Provides protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
• Assists physicians in preparing and administering contrast media for various special procedures.
• Responsible for delegated areas of authority in the performance of routine or special procedures.
• Practices sterile techniques and adheres to infection control policies.
• Provides a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply diagnosis.
• Performs all other duties as required.

Shift is Monday through Friday 11 PM to 7 AM with Alternate weekends.

Hourly Rate $45.64 - $58.62
