Part Time Hospital Concierge THMICUDay Shift

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part Time Hospital Concierge - TH15 MICU-Day Shift (21 Hours).

• Support the patient care activities of the nursing unit through timely greeting and check‑in of arriving patients;
• Coordinate activities with unit staff and other departments;
• Demonstrate clear, concise, accurate and timely communications with members of the health care team, patients, families and visitors;
• Perform service functions including, but not limited to triaging/answering calls;
• Assist with concerns and use of MyWall;
• Work under direct supervision; incorporate NYU Core Values in all aspects of job performance.

High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy including keyboard facility, data entry, knowledge of email, use of hospital intranet, multi‑telephone line experience and etiquette. Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills both in person and on the telephone, and creative problem solving.

Clerical, customer service, communications‑related experience desirable. Bilingual desirable.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $33.56 - $33.56 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
