Centers Health Care is looking for a Regional Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Upstate New York
. The Regional Clinical Director will provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Directors of Nursing and facility teams, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and excellence in resident care.

Responsibilities- Oversee and mentor Directors of Nursing, clinical leaders, and nursing staff across assigned facilities
- Monitor and support compliance with DOH regulations, infection control, and survey readiness
- Partner with Facility Administrators and Regional executives to address challenges and implement best practices
- Conduct facility evaluations and create corrective action plans when necessary
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of clinical leadership staff
- Provide clinical expertise and serve as a resource for problem-solving and mentorship
- Travel regularly across facilities in the Upstate NY region
- Active RN license in New York
- Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
- At least 2 years of regional or multi-facility leadership strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of NY DOH regulations, survey process, and clinical compliance
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence clinical teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently (day and overnight) across assigned region
