Advanced Care Staffing is looking for caring and compassionate CNA’s to work within our nursing homes offering support with daily living tasks and personal care. The ideal cna must have good communication skills, be reliable, prompt and honest and comfortable working in a nursing homes setting. Responsibilities may include meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands and personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

Below is a list of pre-employment documents that you need to submit:

• 1. Resume
• 2. State  Driver License
• 3. SS card
• 4. NY State CNA license and registration
• 6. Physical exam with PPD
• 7. MMR, varicella titers lab results and Hep B lab result
• 8. Drug screening lab works in the last 10 months
• 9. CNA school diploma or completion
• 10. CPR (optional for CNA)
• 11. Malpractice Insurance (optional for CNA)
