Mobile Phlebotomist

We are seeking a full‑time Mobile Phlebotomist who has experience working in hospitals, offices or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and demonstrate a friendly, empathetic, compassionate attitude toward patients. Patients’ experiences are central to our company, and the quality of our specialists is our secret sauce.

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and process specimens with a high degree of accuracy
• Adapt in a rapid high‑growth environment
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
• Experience processing samples
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP or NCCT
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Proof of first dose of Covid‑19 vaccine within 30 days of employment
• Bonus: fluent in Spanish
