Position: Out Patient Cust Rel Rep
Location: Riverhead

Northwell Health - 1300 Roanoke Ave [Patient Service / Medical Office] As a Customer Relations Rep at Northwell Health, you'll:
Receive in-coming telephone calls promptly and professionally;
Maintain constant awareness of patient arrival;
Monitor prescriptions for expiration;
Accept payment from patient as appropriate;
Maintain the patient's privacy and abide to regulatory agencies;
Order Lab and Rad tests in the appropriate systems;
Ensure appropriate authorizations are obtained before patient has scheduled tests;
Send reports to appropriate physicians.
