• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with company policies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information
• Manage patient health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
• Respond to requests for patient records from both internal and external sources
• Assist with administrative duties such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use general office equipment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to commute between locations as needed

• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Previous production/metric-based work experience
• In-person customer service experience
• Ability to build relationships with on-site clients and customers
• Comfortable providing process improvement suggestions and feedback
