Manages department operations pertaining to timely and efficient meal service for both patient and non-patient areas in accordance with institutional policies/procedures and regulatory agencies. Supervises and coaches staff to maintain exceptional service and hospitality in a customer service-oriented environment.

This is a full-time varied shift position, 5:30am-1:30pm, 11:00pm-7:00am and 1:00pm-9:00pm including weekends and holidays, located at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital

• Bachelor's degree
• Hospitality and Supervisory related experience

• At least 1 year of experience in food service
• High School Diploma or GED.
