  EMR: Epic ASAP
  Medication System: Pyxis (Epic integrated)

• Schedule:
  • Week 1: 3×12s (36 hrs)
  • Week 2: 4×12s (48 hrs)
• Weekends: Every other
• Holidays: Every other
• Block Scheduling: Not allowed
• Floating: Yes – float between Elizabethtown & Ticonderoga EDs only
• Patient Population: All ages (neonate → geriatric)

• Ratio: 1:6
• Support per shift:
  • CNA/PCT: 1
  • Unit Secretary: 1
• Vent Management: RN & MD (stabilize and prep for transport)
• Respiratory: Available as needed

• Vents, CPAP/BiPAP, High-Flow O₂
• External pacing
• IV pumps
• Cardiac monitoring
• IV therapy, drips, lab draws
• EKGs, respiratory treatments

• NY RN license active OR proof of application in packet
• 2+ years ED experience
• Epic experience within past 2 years – REQUIRED
• Certs required:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • NIHSS (must be completed prior to start)
  • TNCC (or proof of class with applied date)

Preferred (not required): CEN, ENPC, CPEN, ABLS

• Bi-weekly, Mondays

• License must be on file at submission (or proof of application)
• NY licensing can take 6–8 weeks (considered for start dates)
• All employment gaps >90 days must be explained
• Complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type)
• Reliable transportation required (no public transit)
• All-season or snow tires required Nov–Apr
