• Support the underwriting of capitated risk proposals involving cost and use projections
• Conduct research and analysis of complex healthcare claims and eligibility data
• Draw actionable conclusions from analyses and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
• Develop customer-ready deliverables using available visualization tools
• Process and validate raw unadjudicated claims data

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative major or healthcare focus
• 1-2 years of professional experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Proficiency in SQL or SAS and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions

• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies and calculations
• Experience using data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
• Master’s degree with a quantitative focus
• Working knowledge of healthcare claims and billing differences
• Understanding of value-based care and utilization management
