Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Full-Time | On-Site | Leadership Role

As the Clinical Supervisor
, you will provide both clinical and administrative oversight to your site's team, ensuring that every child and family receives the highest quality of support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership & Supervision: Train and onboard new Clinical Support Program (CSP) staff, and provide weekly individual and group supervision to your team. You will also provide clinical support and coverage as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Review clinical reports, track key deliverables, and ensure services are timely, accurate, and impactful.
• Collaboration & Liaison: Serve as the direct point of contact for ACS borough office staff, attend Child Safety Conferences, and provide expert clinical input at field office meetings.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for ACS staff.

• Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field; with an LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMFT;
  Limited Permit Psychologist licensed in NYS
• 5+ years of direct service and/or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across teams and agencies
