Up to $95,000 per year + Bonuses

The Grove at Valhalla Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Marketing Liaison to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare marketing professional who thrives on building relationships, developing referral sources, and driving census growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, personable, organized, and comfortable representing the facility within the healthcare community.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, physician groups, home health agencies, assisted living communities, and other referral sources

• Generate new referral opportunities and actively contribute to census growth

• Conduct regular facility visits and outreach to referral partners

• Promote the facility's clinical services, rehabilitation programs, and specialized care offerings

• Serve as a primary point of contact for referral sources and community partners

• Coordinate and follow up on referrals, admissions, and inquiries

• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the healthcare community

• Participate in hospital and community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives

• Track marketing activities, referral trends, and opportunities for growth

• Work closely with Admissions, Nursing, Administration, and Clinical teams to support successful admissions

• Identify new business opportunities and develop creative strategies to increase referrals

• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive healthcare and post-acute market

• Represent The Grove at Valhalla professionally and positively throughout the community

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, business development, admissions, or a related field preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or healthcare experience strongly preferred

• Established relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare referral sources is a plus

• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team

• Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Salary up to $95,000 per year
