Bond Health in Brooklyn is seeking a School Physical Therapist to join our Well-Staffed national organization. You will evaluate, diagnose and provide therapeutic interventions to students under IEP/IFSP plans, in accordance with agency policies and licensing requirements.
You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and support adaptive equipment decisions to help students progress in education and daily
