Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)and
Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)to provide behavioral health support and counseling services to patients in a professional clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
We are currently looking to hire
multiple providers

- Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Assist patients with coping strategies, emotional support, and crisis intervention
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Connect patients with community resources and support services
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Billingual to one of the following:
Spanish - Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and compliance standards
