LBA / ABA Practice Clinical Director
White Glove is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to serve as the LBA Clinical Director of a new ABA practice in New York.
This is an opportunity for an LBA who wants to take a leadership role in developing a high-quality ABA practice.
The LBA will provide clinical leadership and professional oversight and will play an important role in establishing the clinical culture, standards, and quality of care.
The OpportunityWe are looking for an LBA who is interested in becoming a clinical leader and helping build a growing ABA practice.
This opportunity is well suited for an LBA who would like to take on greater leadership responsibility and participate in building a practice while having an established healthcare organization provide the business infrastructure and operational resources.
What You Will DoAs Founding LBA / Clinical Director, you will:
Provide clinical leadership for the ABA practice
Establish and maintain high clinical standards
Develop and oversee ABA treatment programs
Supervise and mentor clinical staff
Oversee clinical quality and compliance
Participate in hiring and evaluating clinical personnel
Develop clinical policies and procedures
Support appropriate treatment planning and clinical documentation
Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders as appropriate
Help establish the clinical culture and reputation of the practice
Participate in the growth and development of the clinical program
Serve as a key clinical leader as the practice expands
Your primary focus will be clinical leadership and the development of an exceptional ABA program.

New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
BCBA certification
Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interest in clinical leadership and practice development
