LMSW
· Telehealth, New York
· Part-time to start, with room to grow
We are looking for an LMSW to carry a general outpatient caseload of young adults and adults working on anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship and family stress, identity, and life transitions. Mindfulness-based therapy is our specialty rather than a side offering, and you would be trained in it here.
What we are looking for- Current LMSW licensure in New York, in good standing
- Experience carrying an ongoing individual psychotherapy caseload
- Interest in mindfulness-based practice, whether or not you have formal training in it
- Current New York mandated reporter training, or willingness to complete it before your start date
- Timely, clinically useful documentation. We will teach you our format
- A mindfulness-based training culture, including curriculum built by the practice
- A caseload sized to be sustainable rather than survivable
- Compensation as a percentage of collections, with a step up at licensure
- Insurance credentialing handled through the practice
- Opportunities to facilitate workshops as you grow into them
