• Current New York State Massage Therapy License and liability insurance
• 3+ years of professional massage therapy experience preferred
• Experience in wellness, clinical, luxury spa, or integrative health settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of professional ethics, boundaries, hygiene, and sanitation
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Reliable, grounded, emotionally mature, and client-centered
• Specialized certifications and continuing education are a plus

• Provide exceptional, individualized massage treatments tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate and thorough client documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, draping, and professionalism
• Collaborate with fellow wellness practitioners including acupuncture, Reiki, breathwork, and holistic providers
• Support clients with wellness education, self-care recommendations, and appropriate referrals
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linens with care and attention to detail
• Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented clinic culture
