Location: Kings
The Mental Hygiene Program Evaluation Specialist 2 (QM Systems Coordinator) works for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities in Brooklyn and Staten Island, reporting to the SOO Director and Director of Quality Management. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data related to developmental disability services; producing statistical reports; and recommending programmatic improvements. The incumbent will spend 50% of time at each of the Brooklyn and Staten Island offices, managing quality management data systems, incident review processes, and conducting training and tracking meetings.
Keyqualifications
- Bachelor's degree and two years of professional program evaluation experience in a human services setting
- Experience designing, modifying, or utilizing data collection instruments and processes
- Demonstrated skills in data analysis and preparing reports to assess program operations
- Experience conducting root cause analysis or performance improvement projects
- Experience with outcome measurement instruments and regulatory compliance activities
