Patient Care Associate; Intake

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Associate to support patient intake, documentation, and order coordination for durable medical equipment and related healthcare services.

This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where communication, accuracy, and follow-through directly impact patient experience.

• Receive and review patient referrals, prescriptions, and supporting documents
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Enter patient and order information accurately into company systems
• Communicate with physician offices and referral sources to obtain required documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely processing and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and internal standards
• Identify incomplete information and escalating issues when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior healthcare intake, medical office, pharmacy, or DME experience preferred
• Fluency in Chinese and English required (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
