Competitive Pay Hourly shifts starting at $28/hour

24/7 Office Support Responsibilities Our  caregivers work closely with the Compass Care Client Team and Office Staff to deliver exceptional, personalized care.

Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.

Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social events.

Accompany clients to appointments when needed.

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Follow individualized care plans and respect client preferences.

Complete daily reporting and communicate with the Care Team.

Maintain professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality.

Available Opportunities Full-Time & Part-Time Daytime & Overnight Hourly Shifts Live-In Assignments (3–4 Days Per Week)

Requirements Authorized to work in the United States.

Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experience.

Previous experience providing private-duty, concierge-level care is required.

HHA, CNA, Certification.

CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting).Excellent communication and client service skills.

Professional, dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail.

Comfortable working in private households with high service expectations.
