Salary: $187, per year Requirements:

• Masters degree in a relevant field
• BCBA certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with families and team members
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide both direct and indirect supervision for behavioral therapists involved in cases
• Develop and review behavior intervention plans regularly
• Analyze data from ABA practices and implement necessary program adjustments
• Establish and maintain communication with families, technicians, and administration
• Conduct assessments as needed
