We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversations and activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Age 18+.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
This role offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 - $22.52 per hour and benefits including health plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and optional bonuses.
