Join our team and make a difference in your community! We are seeking certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes in Sparkill and throughout Rockland County.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.65–$20.50 per hour

• Full-time and part-time hours available

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.

• Support safe mobility and assist with daily activities according to the client’s care plan.

• Provide companionship and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

• Accurately document services provided on the day of service.

• Promptly report changes in a client’s condition or any incidents to the supervising nurse.

• Follow care plans, agency policies, and safety procedures.

• Protect the confidentiality of client and family information.

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or PCA certification required.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• Experienced and newly certified aides are welcome to apply.
