YAI is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Northern Westchester, including Ossining, Peekskill, Pleasantville and Yorktown Heights. DSPs support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes, day programs, and community settings, with morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and patience while promoting independence and quality of life for people we support.
