Physician Assistant
Hospital medicine on a daytime schedule, with student loan repayment, a sign-on bonus, and on-site childcare included.
This full-time Physician Assistant role joins an established hospitalist team in Geneva, New York, in the heart of the Finger Lakes. The position is day shift only, built on rotating 12-hour shifts, and pays $115,000–$135,000 annually with performance incentives on top of base salary.
For PAs who want to stay in inpatient medicine and are weighing where they want to live, Geneva offers small-city life on the water, lower living costs, and an easy drive to both Rochester and Syracuse. Relocation assistance is available where applicable, and candidates are being considered nationwide.

The financial package goes beyond base salary. A sign-on bonus, performance incentives, and student loan repayment together can make a real difference, especially for PAs still carrying education debt.
Childcare is on-site. For clinicians with young children, on-site childcare can simplify a 12-hour shift day considerably.
The location works for people who want more than a job. Geneva sits on Seneca Lake with lakefront views, wineries, boating, hiking, a walkable downtown with local shops and restaurants, and year-round community events. Living costs are affordable, and Rochester and Syracuse are both within reach when you want a bigger city.
Moving here is supported. Relocation assistance is available where applicable, which matters if you are considering the Finger Lakes from outside the region.
