• Cortland Renzi Health Campus
• Ithaca City Harbor Clinic
• See acute care patients within the Walk‑In Clinic scope of practice.
• Provide rotational coverage for Guthrie Now virtual visits.
• Practice within a team setting with supportive providers and nursing staff; work closely with the Family Medicine team.
• Enjoy extended shifts, rotating weekends, and days off during the week.

• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license.
• 2+ years of previous experience in primary care, acute care, emergency medicine, or related field.
• Dedication to quality patient care.
• Robust EHR experience (Epic 10‑Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations).
• Easy access to Guthrie Specialists.
• All locations accredited Patient‑Centered Medical Home under the NCQA standards.
• Care Coordinators (RN) available at all locations to care for high‑risk patients and provide education.

• $135,000 starting salary, commensurate with experience.
• Productivity incentive‑based bonus structure.
• Overtime shifts available as needed by individual clinical sites.
