Competitive per-visit compensation typically ranges from $65 to $100+ depending on visit type, with higher compensation for evaluations and OASIS visits.
Responsibilities include performing skilled home health physical therapy evaluations and visits, developing appropriate plans of care, completing required clinical documentation, communicating with physicians and the care team as appropriate, and providing safe evidence-based therapy in patients' homes.
Applicants must hold a current Florida Physical Therapist license and meet applicable requirements for providing home health physical therapy services.
