What the work looks like:
Typical CNA and CMA responsibilities in LTC and skilled nursing settings, including ADLs, transfers, vital signs, documentation, supporting nursing staff, and medication administration for qualified CMA shifts.
What we expect:
- Be dependable and comfortable working in different facilities
- 30-60 minute travel is strongly recommended and often required
- More travel flexibility = more shift opportunities
- Active Kansas CMA certification required for medication aide shifts
- At least 6 months of recent healthcare experience required
- Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
- Reliable transportation
- Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay advances
