The LPN will work with clinical and clerical support staff to deliver excellent patient care and promote patient satisfaction across multiple practices.

For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors.

• The LPN will practice under the direction of the appropriate clinical staff and cross cover across multiple practices.
• The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient's vital signs, patient intake and output, and recording patient history. This associate will administer medication, injections and functions in scope of license.
• This position will clean equipment in patient care areas and ensure patient care rooms are kept clean, and supplies are well stocked.
• The LPN will maintain records of patient activities and observations and submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition.
• The LPN will assist with scheduling patients and authorizations to support administrative staff as needed. This position focuses on the Comprehensive Brain Center
  but can support other specialties as needed.

• Administers medications, injections, insulin, immunizations, perform finger sticks and functions in scope of license.
• Identifies patient goals, communicates, and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan.
• Performs clinical workflows.
• Monitor and record patient's vital signs, patient history and reason for visit.
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
• Assist with scheduling, referral and follow up appointments.
• Cross cover multiple practices.
• Assist with authorizations and administrative needs as needed.
