Core responsibilities:- - Conducting new admissions to the facility
- - Checking in with patients who have acute issues and establishing a follow-up plan
- - Reaching an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients' medical history
- - Prescribing and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests to obtain information for underlying infections or abnormalities
- - Prescribing medication and drugs
- - Cultivating a climate of trust and compassion for patients with patients, family members, and the medical team
- - Valid NP license in the state of Vermont
- - Compassion
- - Responsibility and reliability
- - Part-time (3 days per week/8 hour shifts)
- - Competitive salary ranging between $84,000-$96,000 annually!
