• Plan and Facilitate Activities

  Design and conduct engaging activities tailored to residents' individual interests.

• Direct Interaction with Residents
  :
  Work directly with residents on units, fostering meaningful interactions without direct supervision.

• Organise Supplies & Equipment
  :
  Procure and prepare necessary supplies and equipment for activities.

• Assist Recreation Specialists
  :
  Support and assist with program areas and preparations as needed.

• Attendance & Participation Documentation
  :
  Maintain daily attendance records and document residents' participation in activities.

• Escort Residents
  :
  Safely escort residents to and from activity locations, ensuring their safety and comfort.
