THE EARNINGS & MODEL YOU DESERVE:

Per-visit rates range from $55 to $75, depending on experience and insurance needs.
Tiered pay model – earn more as you take on more visits:
- Tier 1 (1–20 visits/week): base rate.
- Tier 2 (21–32 visits/week): +$5 per visit.
- Tier 3 (33–40 visits/week): +$5 per visit.
Full-time salary range: $92K–$110K, based on experience and insurance needs.
Faster onboarding = faster earnings (start within ~2 weeks).

Get paid for up to 2 cancellations per month that we're unable to replace.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Degree in Physical Therapy.
Active NY license.
Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (home care preferred)
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and bedside manner.
