Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Pay: $20–$23 per hour

A mental health clinic in Hempstead is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team.

This is a front-desk position working directly with patients, families, providers, and referral sources. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in a busy healthcare environment.

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Assist patients with intake forms and registration
• Receive and follow up on referrals
• Communicate with patients and families in English and Spanish
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Assist with general front-desk and administrative duties
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy office
• Comfortable with computers, email, and scheduling systems
• Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) is required
• Medical office, behavioral health, or receptionist experience preferred

Pay: $20–$23/hour
