As a Home Health Aide, you will provide hands‑on assistance and personal support to clients in their homes. You'll help make everyday activities easier while encouraging independence, comfort, and dignity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assisting with meals and light housekeeping

• Providing companionship and daily support

• Giving medication reminders

• Reporting changes to the care team

• Helping maintain a safe home environment
