A busy outpatient medical facility in Riverhead is seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant to join the clinical team.

This role requires flexibility to work within extended clinic hours,
between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM
, while maintaining a standard 40-hour workweek
. The position is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is comfortable floating between clinical and front-desk responsibilities as needed.

• Support providers with clinical back-office duties during patient visits
• Perform rooming, vitals, intake, and basic clinical procedures
• Assist with phlebotomy and bloodwork when needed
• Provide front desk coverage including check-in, scheduling, and patient flow support as needed
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR
• Deliver professional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

• Medical Assistant experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Comfortable working both clinical and front desk roles
• Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
