Licensed Nursing Home Administrator; LNHA)

Up to $250,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations of a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The Administrator will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, employee engagement, and overall facility performance.

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

• Provide leadership and support to department managers and interdisciplinary teams.

• Promote a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.

• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and financial objectives.

• Maintain survey readiness and support successful regulatory outcomes.

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive quality improvement initiatives.

• Support recruitment, retention, and professional development efforts.

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, and community stakeholders.

• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and facility goals.

• Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.

• Prior Administrator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting required.

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
