Creating Balance Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL! Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across environments
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience conducting FBAs and designing comprehensive ABA-based treatment programs
- Strong knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis
- Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to care
