Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time | Outpatient & Inpatient| Elmira, NY (Southern Finger Lakes region of New York State)

• At this premier health organization, they are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. We're seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their rehabilitative team and help patients in an outpatient setting achieve their highest level of communication and swallowing function.

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide direct therapy to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and techniques.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with policy.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, in-service training, and continuing education.
• Contribute to the development of innovative speech therapy programs and services.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.
• One to two years of hospital-based experience preferred;
  new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).
