• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing using standardized tests and observations; diagnose student needs.
• Implement evidence‑based therapies and monitor progress; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate and support students and families about disorders, strategies, and daily communication improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (or license‑eligible).
• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, electronic health record systems.
