Pay:$40.00 – $55.00 per hour

We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Our therapists provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the Nordic Spa experience and support whole-body wellness. We’re looking for practitioners who are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and excited to be part of a collaborative wellness environment. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well‑being.

• Provide up to five (5) 60-minute sessions per day
• Review client intake forms and conduct thorough intake conversations with guests
• Maintain accurate SOAP documentation while upholding confidentiality in line with HIPAA, state standards
• Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless guest transition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming massage treatment room in line with sanitation and safety protocols
• Uphold all state regulations for sanitation, draping, and informed consent
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of Florida
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach
• Experience in customer service within a med spa or wellness setting is highly desirable.
• Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork
