Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients in a sub-acute and long-term care setting. The PT will develop and monitor rehabilitation plans, document progress, and educate patients and families while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PT program and a valid NY license. Prior geriatrics experience and strong documentation skills are preferred.
