We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate, Business Services
- Home Health Care
- Garden City location.

• Assist with clinical supervisors and clinical staff with scheduling of patient visits
• Assist with calling of patients and clinicians for the purposes of scheduling, care coordination, and compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Utilizes technology to improve productivity and process.
• Assist with ordering supplies, DME, labs and transportation as needed.
• Prepares supplies and various items for weekend clinical staff. Does photocopying and filing as necessary. Demonstrates proficiency in use of business and clinical computer system as necessary.
• Screens and routes all phone calls as necessary. Weekends and holiday responsibilities include:
  Confirming staffing schedule
• Tracks field staff as needed. Rotates to schedule work for the weekend. Answers patients and insurers calls in a timely manner

To qualify you must have a High School or GED. 1 - 2 years Business or Healthcare facility experience. Excellent communication skills (both oral & written), interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills. Knowledge of Medical Terminology.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $41,473.44 - $58,402.82 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
