The role requires 1+ year in a Medical Records/HIM setting and strong ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT-4 coding knowledge.
Certification or progress toward CCS, CPC, RHIT, or RHIA is preferred. Proficiency with Paragon and U.D.S. is expected, with excellent attention to detail and communication with physicians.
